Multi-Modality Monitoring
General purpose data collection that synchronizes data from multiple sources

|
|
Data Collection
- EEG is directly recorded from the included EEG amplifier
- Six serial and four MDport™ (USB) digital input ports on the I/O Module allow the interfacing of multiple external devices for the collection of waveform and trend data
- Glasgow Coma Scale, lab values, and other measurements may be manually entered and trended
- All data is time synchronized
- An optional USB video camera is available for the recording of patient video
Interfaced Devices
- Philips IntelliVue patient monitors (vital signs)
- Philips CMS patient monitors (vital signs)
- GE Solar 8000 patient monitors (vital signs)
- Somanetics INVOS monitor (brain oxygen saturation)
- Check our website for other supported devices
Displays
- Waveform, trend, and numeric display types
- Adjustable display settings (for measurement type, display scales, and other features)
- Combinations of multiple display types can be configured by the user in a variety of layouts (to allow the simultaneous visual comparison of different measurements or different time periods within the recording)
Events
- Events marked by the user can be entered at specific time points and are recorded with the patient data
- Events can be pre-defined by the user or defined by the application protocol
- Events can be edited during monitoring but are permanently recorded when the file is closed
- Event lists can be displayed and used to navigate to the particular time of an event within the data
Alarms
- High and low limit alarms can be set for trended measurements
- Alarms are annunciated with a visual indicator and can optionally mark an event on the timeline
- Alarms can be latched or unlatched
Data Storage
- Up to three patient recordings may be temporarily stored on the system
- Up to 4 Gigabytes of continuous storage space per patient recording
- Data may be archived to a CD, DVD, USB drive, or to a network location
- Archived recordings may be reloaded into the monitor for review
Printouts, Reports and Analysis
- Application-specific data analysis can be performed on the monitor
- Electronic reports can be generated on the monitor and then transferred to any PC for offline printing
- Archived data can be converted into Matlab™ (The MathWorks) or Insight™ (Persyst Development Corporation) formats for off-line data review, analysis, and printouts
